The Social Committee is involved in organizing and sponsoring events such as Wine and Cheese event (December-399 members), Winter holiday celebration (December-Joint), Kids Winter Party (December-Joint), Spring Golf, Spring Family Park event, Winterfest etc.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE (INCLUDING RETIREMENT TRAINING)
This committee will assess union members’ education needs, and assist in facilitating the 2 day retirement course for senior members (50+ yrs old within 5 years of retiring). There has also been a 1 day course for members 45-49 years old.
